Seriously, though - Buy the crabs live. Cook them in rapidly boiling water, together with Crab Boil seasoning (Rex brand from New Orleans is nice) for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Serve with fresh homemade mayonnaise, San Franciscon sourdough bread, nutcrackers, bibs, and a big communal bowl for the shells.
