Orange Chipotle
Honey-Mustard Sauce

6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2-3 T chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
2 T honey
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t minced garlic
1/3 C coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, packed
2 t fresh lime juice
2 T vegetable oil
salt to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Makes about 1 1/2 C. Excellent with tamales.
