

Orange Chipotle Honey-Mustard Sauce
|
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2-3 T chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/3 C coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, packed
- 2 t fresh lime juice
- 2 T vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Makes
about 1 1/2 C. Excellent with tamales.
