Indian Tacos

Fry Bread (approx. 4)
1/4 C sugar
2 C flour
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 C water (or just enough to make a soft dough)
oil for frying

Taco Toppings
refried beans
1 lb. ground buffalo w. taco seasonings to taste
chopped tomatoes, lettuce and grated cheese
guacamole, sour cream and salsa

Mix the Fry Bread ingredients together. (A food processor works well; add the water last, with care.) Pat out dough in flour and fry rounds in 1 to 2 inches of oil at 350 until brown.

Brown the ground buffalo with seasonings, then stir in refried beans. Spread on Fry Bread and add remaining toppings as desired.
